Considering that these start at under $100, they are a good value, but older kids will probably tire of the limitations. Priced considerably above the Razor E300 at about $380, it appears that you get quite a bit extra for the additional cost. Based on reviews of buyers who had previously owned a Razor, the battery life, run time, range, acceleration and top speed are all superior. It is also reported to be easier to assemble. At 750 watts, this is definitely a serious scooter capable of handling riders over 200 lbs, even on grades. There is an seat included that can be added in seconds based on user preference.

The E300S is the seated version of the E300 (hence the “S” tacked on the end of the model number). Going from an E200 to an E300 will get you more power, a larger deck, and 10″ pneumatic tires instead of 8 inch. Recommended for kids over 12 and adults, it is capable of speeds up to 15 MPH. Even though it is safe for adult over 200 pounds, if you are approaching that weight and you anticipate using it on hills, you may want to look at higher powered models. It performs well, even on rather steep grades for kids. Another feature not included on the E300 and not on the E200 and E100 are fully adjustable handlebars. It appears that all of the models are the same mechanically, and the only differences are cosmetic.
